Milind is the CEO and Managing Director of Infisolve India Pvt. Ltd. He has graduated from the U.D.C.T (Now I.C.T) in Pharmaceutical Sciences and completed his Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He holds a diploma in Marketing Management. He has more than a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and about two decade experience in KPO services with Fortune 500 company. He currently looks after operations for Aurance range of products. He launched a Health Supplement (Athashri Capsules) too. www.athashri.in.

Sunita Ranade (PhD), a Pharmaceutical scientist and an academician, is the Chief Scientific Officer of Infisolve India. She has completed her graduation and post-graduation in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT) (now Institute of Chemical Technology, ICT) Mumbai, and doctorate from SPPSPTM, NMIMS, Mumbai.

Having rich experience of more than two decades with leading companies in pharmaceutical industry, she has expertise in formulation research and development of synthetic APIs, herbal actives, enzymes and nutraceuticals. As an academician, phytomedicine and herbal drug technology is her area of research and has mentored post-graduate students for their research work. She has several publications and a patent to her credit. She is also a Diabetes Educator and a Nutrition and Holistic Diet Coach.

Masters in Computer Management (MCM) professional with 12 years of rich experience in the arena of Testing & Quality Assurance, Defect Testing and Defect Management. Adroit in handling various projects entailing creation and execution of scripts like GUI testing, System testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, SharePoint Testing and Compatibility Testing; expertise in the domains of Healthcare, Insurance, Airline. Possess broad competence in strategic management of technical matters with the distinction of launching and driving new initiatives, managing portfolio of projects and achieving organizational objectives. An effective leader with proven abilities in leading teams during the project phase, training & guiding team members and enabling knowledge sharing among the team. Currently she is in charge of quality and customer care services for Aurance and Athashri range of products.
